Underneath all the boobs and cocks and sex scenes, there's a vaguely interesting story; which is the only reason that I skimmed through it. The word 'mystery' in the title is a misnomer, as there is no mystery to it at all. There's some supernatural, island magic crap stuffed into it. But the whole box set is 50-75 porno type sex scenes. Oh, and then there's the repetitive -- throbbing cock, big boobs, gigantic breasts, enormous tits, swollen boobs, etc. I got so tired of that by the time I finished the book .... and I only SKIMMED through it, skipping over the sex scenes. Oh yeah, and all the women had huge breasts and were beautiful, and all the men were handsome and rich - bleah!What's truly a sad crime is that if the author had dumped all the garbage that she pumped into this book, and put a little more work into it, she could have had herself a first rate treasure hunt novel that would have merited 5 stars. I'm a writer, and I know. What made me skim through the whole book is that there is the bones of a really great novel in there. Too bad the author didn't choose to write the great novel, and instead, wrote a smarmy porno piece of crap.
In conclusion, this book reads more like it was written by a horny young guy than a woman.

A good set to wind a rainy day away.
Not sexy. Pornagraphy.
story line is a little choppy. constant use of character names when addressing each other was not realistic.
The endless repetition of sex acts just interferes with the story line. It's a good story by itself. One has to wonder whether the author has some unresolved issues.
The love scenes were a little boring after a while. Maybe because there were so many? I found myself skimming past the love scenes to get to the next phase of the story. I would have liked more on the discovery and how the whole thing played out with the islanders and the museum.
The book had an interesting, but far fetched story. The whole story could have been included in one book, but there were so many repetitive sex scenes that it got boring. I'm glad it was a free book. My biggest objection was that it took 3 books to tell the story and each book ended with a cliff hanger.
The "story" was intriguing . . . The romance and sex scenes seemed to be written from a 14 year old's perspective. No substance at all. Don't waste your money. And no, I have never left a negative review, so that's how disappointed I was.
